Day Eight: Apprentice Challenge Group

Congratulations for completing training up to this point!

NOW we get into the MEAT of what we do; actually HELPING people in a Challenge group.

To help make this transition easiest for YOU, you are invited to participate in an APPRENTICE CHALLENGE GROUP.

What is that?

Watch the following video to explain what an Apprentice Challenge Group IS, and what your role as a New Coach is!

<VIDEO of what is an APPRENTICE CHALLENGE>

STEP ONE:

1. Get the start date of your apprentice challenge group from your coach
2. Get the LINK to the group from your coach so you can add yourself and your challengers in once they sign up
3. Determine your "order cut off" date -- meaning, when should their challenge packs be ordered by so they have them in time for the group. It takes about 10 days to ship to Canada and about 5 days to the USA. They should get their package BY the middle of prestart week. Get that calendar OUT so you can PLAN out your month.

STEP TWO:

Making an exciting public announcement to invite to your Challenge Group
-Take a photo of you (it can be just a regular photo OR a transformation photo if you have)
-Create a post to invite people.
-KEY POINT: If you have a STORY (which everyone does) and/or a transformation photo PLEASE USE IT! The more personal you an make this post, the more people will be able to connect with you! They won't connect with you SELLING A PRODUCT, rather with you BEING REAL, sharing your story, where YOU are in your journey, and asking people to JOIN YOU.
-Make this post ASAP (it takes time for you to have conversations with people)

My 21 Day Fix Extreme results in 35 days. Feel free to use MINE if you want, but it's BEST to make it as personal as possible!

STEP THREE:

How to Respond

When someone says INTERESTED -- it's what we all WANT, but in that moment, we all have a mini freakout. What do we say?! How do we say it? I am striving to help you AVOID word vomiting all over them and talking yourself OUT of a challenger! (We've all done it!)

1. Be REAL. You are not trying to sell TO THEM, you are offering a solution to them. In order to offer an appropriate solution, you have to know the PROBLEM FIRST! Remember that! Be INTERESTED in their response, HAVE INTEGRITY if you believe or don't believe it's a good fit, and be INTENTIONAL so they know you are looking out for THEIR best interests!

2. RECONNECT FIRST! I always reconnect by asking how they are, and THEN getting into details.

3. Ask what their goals are so you CAN help them; this shows you CARE.

4. Validate their concerns, keep asking questions to determine which program is good for them, if they say I just had two kids... and you don't know them, connect on the fact they have kids! "I have two kids too so I completely understand!" Build CONNECTION. Build TRUST. Build FRIENDSHIP.

5. Offer the solution and share WHY you think it'll be great for them. {you can review the script}

6. ASK THEM if you can follow up for a future group if they're not interested or offer a free group if you run one in the future.
