I want you to remember --- most people are scared to start. They're unsure if this is yet another thing they'll buy and it won't work.

THAT is a huge reason why Social Media is so critical. It proves it works. YOU prove it works. YOU share your perspective, which is unique to you. You share your progress. You earn their TRUST.

When people say they're not financially able --- I call BS on 90% of those. These packs are NOT expensive if they achieve their goals. Why do you think people are willing to spend thousands at other places and not $140 on a challenge pack that even includes a meal a day? They don't believe in either the product, you, or themselves. All of which you can help to change.

Your consistency.
Your genuine intention.
Empower them.
Your honesty.
The value you add to their life.
Battling objections publicly.


So what do I mean and how do you do it?

What objections have you gotten? I guarantee if one person has this objection, a LOT of people also have it on your friends list. So what better way than to do a post about it?!

If someone says they don't have money, it really irritates me, for THEIR sake. I just want them to see that $140 is nothing when it comes to their HEALTH. It's more important than anything else in life, because we don't have a life without health, right?

So I did a post about it and merely said something like "I have been talking to people and recently, a lot of people have been saying they don't have the money to do a challenge group, despite really wanting to change their health and LIFE. Now, my head isn't in the clouds, I get people have very real financial obligations and struggles, BUT..."

Do this for EVERY objection you get for challenge groups, but also for Coaching! When people say they're scared to start, you can share YOU were scared, but you're so grateful you got over your fear, BECAUSE...

This is INCREDIBLY effective. Don't be afraid to be YOU, to share why you're so powerfully invested in your business and your mission. Be confident!


1. Craft an eye catching post addressing one objection you've had on your public social media page. Do this today. Don't put it off to tomorrow, do it ASAP!
