Day Twenty One: What does it take to be a Successful Entrepreneur?

THIS.

THIS is where it's at. Be willing to do these things, and you will FLY.

Are you willing to invest time NOW to build a life that you have ALL the time in the world LATER?

I will be honest, most of the time, people start to make EXCUSES. I don't have time, life is getting crazy... Well let me ask you this --- are you willing to TREAT this like a million dollar business? Because if you AREN'T, it never will become one.

MAKE the time. Get up an hour earlier, go to sleep an hour later. Sacrifice things for YOUR BUSINESS, for your FAMILY, for your FUTURE, and for your HEALTH and the health of OTHERS.

I look at my team, and THEY are worth me sacrificing time for. THEY are my passion. Seeing THEM achieve their dreams is my ULTIMATE passion in this business, so I am willing to work hard for something I feel is fulfilling, worth it, and contributes to the good of the WORLD.

Be PATIENT. Be CONSISTENT. Have FAITH that you WILL get there. I will be working out and helping others everyday ANYWAY --- so I enjoy it. I KNOW I will get to my goal without a shadow of a doubt, because I will NEVER quit.

Quitting has to be OFF the table, otherwise you know you have a way out, and when you'd prefer to watch Netflix, guess what? You will. When you have a couple coaches quit on the SAME DAY? You'll quit. I had 8 Coaches quit on me in a MONTH when I was almost Diamond --- talk about discouraging. I could have QUIT, yes, but I wouldn't be where I am now. I learned a lot because of that, and I KNEW if I just kept going, I would hit my goal. It just takes TIME + PATIENCE, and that looks different for EVERYONE depending on where you are when you start.

Today your task is to email your Sponsor Coach. Let them know what you're willing to sacrifice. What your dream is, why you want it, set up a call or voice note back and forth, post in the team page, and showcase EXACTLY what your goals are and that you're on a MISSION. The leaders will RUN with those who RUN, so show you're a leader, show you're running, and everyone will run right beside you!

2.

Find a Success Partner. Be on Team Calls EVERY week. Those are your weekly business meetings! Stay engaged with the team. Your sponsor will not motivate you every step of the way, nor will they chase you. It's important you find your own accountability partner, and step up as a leader within your team page to help others out just as you've been helped out in the past. Practice those leadership skills within the team page, find someone with similar goals, and GO FOR IT. YOU can do anything!

Day Twenty: Planning your Month

You guys are ALMOST THERE!

These final two days are SO important! This will help you wrap it ALL up, and see how it all works TOGETHER.

Today's task is SIMPLE. Watch this video below:



1.

Plan your MONTH! This will look the same month in month out, but YOU will grow and evolve, and as will your challenge groups, free groups, and calendar! Send your monthly plan to your sponsor and use the upLIFT legacy Calendar to help you and plug in the business opportunity calls, sneak peeks, etc., that will already be RAN by a Leader on upLIFT! No need to reinvent the wheel, just plug people in! 

Day Nineteen: Challenge Groups, Conversion, Free Groups + Helping Challengers Achieve RESULTS

Part One: Running Challenge Groups

By now you probably understand the importance of Challenge Groups. THEY are where we actually START our job. Our Social Media, inviting, all of that inspires people to change, but THIS is where the magic happens, where people get results, where YOU get to COACH!

Part Two: Free Groups

Free Groups are a great way for you to ADD VALUE, build trust, and build relationships with your followers without them having to commit to a purchase. I refer to them as "Freemiums" that you can offer on your LIKE page if you have one, promote and pay for an ad to funnel in NEW contacts and traffic, or just use on your personal page to showcase your GENUINE and authentic love for helping people, despite the purchase. 

Typically, I wouldn't go more than 5 days. Your time is valuable, and you don't want to have a ton of time invested in free groups. Advertise for your challenge group IN the free group, so that people who are SEEING results can hop into your Challenge Group.

Here are a few great options for FREE GROUPS:


Part Three: Conversion





1. I have all my challengers add one another as FRIENDS. When some sign up as Coaches, and some WILL, the others want to start too. 

2. Share YOUR story AUTHENTICALLY in your Challenge Group. Be YOURSELF. Share your struggles and what helped YOU stick to it, where you are NOW as a result of losing weight, and almost 100% of the time, it's led you to success as a business owner. SHARE THAT! 

3. Invite them to business opportunity calls!

4. ALWAYS uplift + recognize them! If you think someone would make a great Coach, simply send them a message and THANK THEM for participating and inspiring others. Then ASK --- you're already Coaching and inspiring so many, have you ever CONSIDERED starting a business as a Coach and turning what you're doing into income? Either way, you are doing AWESOME!!! 

5. Integrate PD, encouraging others in your group so they're already DOING the vitals!

Part Four: Helping your Challengers Achieve RESULTS

Challengers who get GREAT results will either become a Coach or offer referrals. It's SO important you HELP THEM. 

1. Go in with the mindset of helping them WIN the Beachbody Challenge and win MONEY for their results.

2. Check in with them ONE ON ONE on a weekly basis.

3. Hold them accountable.

4. Continue reiterating their GOAL to them!

Create your OWN welcome to your Challenge group VIDEO and upload to Youtube.

2.

Open a document and start writing down what has helped YOU and tips that you can provide in your own Challenge Group so when the apprentice group is DONE, you are READY to FLY SOLO!

Day Eighteen: The Fortune is in the Follow Up

Part One: Fortune is in the Follow Up 


99% of my business has been BUILT in Follow Ups.

Think about yourself, you probably needed a FOLLOW UP, or ten. When I invite, I am pretty sure everyone will say NO. They need to think about it. It takes TIME. I write them down on my MONTHLY PLANNER under my INVITE list, and the following month, I use that list and follow up with ALL OF THEM. I also follow up the few days before the end of the month, or prior to the order by date.

If they haven't responded to you after saying YES but you told them the price:

"Hey! Im not sure if you got my last message, but I wanted you to know the last day to register for the challenge group is ________. I know we talked about _________ and it was really important to you --- I want you to know I am here to help you! I Get it, I was THERE!! Either way, let me know!!"

"Hey girl!! Right now doesn't seem like a good time of you to do this group --- but I want you to know I am here for you!! Here is my meal plan and thought it might help you out!! I can always let you know about my next group!"

Continue BUILDING this relationship. Do NOT just let them go because they said NO. Continue building, continue engaging on their social media, and they WILL be back. It always takes a few times for them to say YES, and when they DO come back, they already know the price and are ALL IN. Trust me, it's so much better. But you MUST invite first!

Follow up with 5 people you invited when you first started training!

MESSAGE YOUR SPONSOR and let them know you are almost complete and at DAY 18 so you can be ready to go into another training, set up a zoom to go over goals, questions, etc!

Day Seventeen: Emerald





Going EMERALD is the next step in your business!

Part One: What is Emerald?

See the graph below. Emerald is the first of many rank advancements you'll make, but I like to deem it the most important. 

Why?

Because if you can get to Emerald, you can get to Diamond, and then Star Diamond, and ultimately 15 Star Diamond. Continue going Emerald, and teaching your TEAM how you went Emerald. {duplication is how you will create residual income my friends!} It's THAT simple.

Be an Emerald producing FACTORY.


Part Two: HOW to Get To Emerald

We all know our main goal is to hit SC monthly now, but the last goal of this group is to finish off as an EMERALD coach! (check out the videos below for more tips about emerald).

This step is truly going to take your business to the next level!

1. Draw a VISUAL like the one above.

2. Brainstorm a list of 10 people that you feel would make great coaches!(previous challengers, current challengers, friends, family members, coworkers, ect.) Maybe people who were in the same situation, and have a similar WHY as you. What is YOUR burning passion for doing this? Maybe YOU are in a financial RUT similar to some of your friends, maybe you have a passion for fitness, whatever it is, ask people who may have similar reasons as to why they want to do this.

3. Now, reach out to them! Share what you are doing and how it makes you feel and why you think they would enjoy it too!(Facebook message them, text them, call them, meet for coffee, ect.)

4. Do this until you get TWO yes's and then we can celebrate you becoming an emerald coach!

5. Go to your Coach Online Office, click News + Training, Training, and then click EMERALD and watch the videos on HOW to cycle bonus.

Part Three: How to Sign Coaches

This is the beauty of this business -- you just duplicate this process. Simple. Don't try to reinvent the wheel, give them the resources YOU were given, and build this thing TOGETHER, as a TEAM!

As your business progresses, you will probably get the majority of your Coaches from Challenge Groups. These people have gotten results and trust the product, and are already naturally starting to share. However, when you first start off, I encourage you to strive to get to Emerald as quickly as possible. I personally got there in a matter of a couple of DAYS because I KNEW that if I wanted to succeed, top coaches told me GET TO EMERALD, and so that is what I did. 

These are the BASIC steps you should do to sign up a new coach.

1. You invite them to be a coach OR they contact you about coaching.
2. You describe what coaching is for them - so they have a better idea if it is right for them. {Check out fellow Coach Morgan Riegers step by step guide below}

3. Help them choose a challenge pack to sign up with just like you would do with a challenger
4. Sign them up using your Become a Coach link Below
(put your ID on the end)

5. Welcome them into your team page (once you have 1 coach you should open up you OWN team page - where you of course can share anything I share in my team pages)
6. Share with them your new coach training resource AND the date and link for your challenge group that they will be apprentice coaching in.
SO simple. You are merely doing EXACTLY what was done with YOU.

Posting on Social media to recruit is also extremely effective. YOU are portraying the life of a Coach. If you are CONSTANTLY SELLING, guess what? People will NOT want to be a Coach. If you are merely focusing on your own personal growth, loving on other people, inspiring + motivating, you will have people who WANT to be a Coach. Cast the vision. What are you doing this for? How do you feel? Below are examples of posts you can do!

What is your GOAL DATE to become an Emerald coach?
Create an ACTION PLAN of how you're going to get there. How many people will you ask? Will you do an invite to the next Sneak Peek or Business Opportunity call?

{My first two coaches were: my dad (he loves shakeo and wanted the discount haha, and my girlfriend who was doing the challenge group with me - I asked if she wanted to go on this journey with me and we learned together)

Day Sixteen: Expanding your Network

Part One: Expanding your Network + WHY It's so Critical

Expanding your network is CRITICAL to do RIGHT from the GET GO as a Coach. Take it from ME. Learn from MY mistakes!

I waited until I was OUT of people in my warm market to start adding friends to my friends list... And guess what happened? It was like I started from the start, ALL OVER AGAIN.

I had to build trust, build relationships, add a ton of people -- and still did NOT hit Success Club, all because that takes time to build.

So my suggestion, start RIGHT AWAY. Start with good habits so that in 3-6 months when your warm market is tapped out, you now have relationships with 3 people PER DAY that you've added for 3-6 months ... That's a LOT of people!

Part Two: HOW do you Expand your Network

I use this strategy:

I go into my personal favourite groups that have nothing to do with Coaching --- Makeup, organization, mom groups, budgeting groups, etc. I talk to people in there just like I would if I were NOT a Coach.

I comment on their post, compliment what they're doing, then ask a QUESTION. This gets a convo started and then I add them as a Friend.

From there, I build a relationship with them by putting them in my Potential Challengers Friends list (when you add them and it says FRIENDS, click that, you'll see a drop down, and put them into Add to Another List, create a Potential Challengers and Potential Coaches LIST), and everyday, on my RIGHT HAND SIDE of Facebook, go to my friends and click Potential Challengers. This changes my newsfeed to ONLY SHOW posts from my potential Challengers. I then like/comment + build a relationship, and then bring it to a personal message and get to know them.

Add yourself to 5 new groups and add them to your Favourites.

2.

Add 5 friends TODAY and start a conversation with EACH + create a Potential Challengers + Potential Coaches list and add them to it.
