1. Today your goal is to post 3-5 times on FB on 3-5 different topics that are important to you (family, food, nutrition, photography, personal development, travel, fashion, whatever!) making sure that each has a eye-catching image, adds value, and has a call to action. One or two should be Beachbody related in some way. But only 1-2, not all of them.
2. I highly recommend checking out these Facebook tips created by a good friend of mine, Bonnie Engle.
*Reminder - as a new coach you may not get a lot of interest in your posts! That is OKAY and very normal! It takes time for people to trust you, AND they actually may not see your posts! FB shows your posts to people who you have been in contact with lately - that is why it is important to get involved and grow your affinity on Facebook. ALSO - people are watching even if they do not comment or LIKE:)
