You must CREATE your power hour. You've set business hours, you have your checklist, you know WHAT to do, now you have to have your LIST of what to do, DAILY.
**Be sure your CHECKLISTS are printed or saved. That simple daily checklist is what you NEED to get done EVERY day.
THEN, once I had my Tracker - I created a POWER hour that was individual to ME, and incorporated in things like checking into my personal challenge group, free group, what to post on social media, etc.
I molded these together to create my POWER HOUR, that takes one hour to do daily (along with another check in later on to do my inbox and challenge group). This video was GOLD to me when I started. Scottie Hobbs is a TOP COACH that achieved Millionaire Club in THREE YEARS! THREE! All because he was consistent in his activities.
Here is a fellow Coach's POWER HOUR that I found very helpful:
And she did it EVERYDAY. She woke up an hour early, even after months of not seeing HUGE growth, she knew that consistency won the race, and developed a VERY successful business just being consistent with her actions, and intentional. The difference between someone who doesn't succeed and someone who does is found in both consistency and PATIENCE. This is a business like any other, it takes TIME for the snowball to FORM. Those who give this business 3, 6 or even 12 months, have NOT given it enough time yet. Keep loving on your life, loving on yourself, being consistent, all with the faith that it's inevitable. You WILL succeed because you ARE doing the correct actions, consistently.
Now, WHY is the tracker so important?
You can't know what you did without TRACKING how many people you invited, added as a friend, etc. This is your BUSINESS now, and that tracker --- use it RELIGIOUSLY. Don't go a day without it. Even if there are zeros, you are in comparison with nobody but YOU and it's important to see what actions yield the results for you, so you can work on weak points and build on strength points.
1.
Send your Tracker to your Sponsor Coach until you have a success partner, or continue sending to your sponsor Coach to hold you accountable. The more they know what you're doing and how much YOU are RUNNING, the more they're able to run WITH you and provide you with feedback.
2.
Post in the team page what your goals are, and that you're looking for a Success Partner, someone that can hold you accountable to YOUR goals and you can do the same for them. Look for someone with similar goals, and partner with them, challenge them, ask them to challenge YOU, iron sharpens iron, right?
